CORE Fitness classes are offered on a regular basis at PEAK. These classes have a training plan that will help you reach your fitness goals. If you're trying to drop pounds or inches or tone up your body or just looking for a fun high energy workout, core fitness classes give you all these options and more.
Core fitness classes have a ranking system indicating the class intensity level. This enables you to be in control and set the pace for how hard you push yourself. Some classes will have multiple intesnsity levels. These classes are designed for all levels and have modifications to fit all intesnity levels.

SPRING GLOW - SUMMER SHOW - CF
Spring Glow. Summer Show is the newest CORE FITNESS class at PEAK Training Academy. The class is designed to tone and shape your body focusing on your legs and abs.
Spring Glow Summer Show is all about getting up on a Saturday morning and making movement happen within your vessel. It is a way to refill your cup after a long week at work. You can use it to gain energy for your busy weekend at the beach, grocery shopping, getting together with family, or just to refocus your energy. We will focus on cardio, abdominals, obliques, and yes ladies those LEGS.
Give this early morning class a shot for the summer.

BOOT CAMP - CF is designed for ALL FITNESS LEVELS.
BOOT CAMP-CF is a circuit style class that will bring a wide variety of exercises for you to tackle. BOOT CAMP-CF are designed for your current fitness level and have built in modifications to fit the intensity level you desire.
BOOT CAMP - CF stations may include but are not limited to push ups, wall sits, battle ropes, step ups, planks etc. All stations can be modified to meet you at your fitness level.
BOOT CAMP runs 45 minutes and is high energy in a highly motivating environment.
The P.I.T. is designed for ALL FITNESS LEVELS.
The P.I.T.-CF is an interval style class that will bring a wide variety of exercises for you to enjoy. The P.I.T.-CF is designed to burn fat and get you toned and conditioned. The P.I.T. - CF will work on varying periods of work followed by periods of rest.
The P.I.T - CF intervals may include but are not limited to jumping jacks, burpees, med ball slams, freestyle dance etc. All stations can be modified to meet you at your fitness level.
The P.I.T CF runs 45 minutes and is a great workout for anyone. P.I.T trainers will motivate you and keep you focused on the results.
PEAK PUMP - CF is designed for ALL FITNESS LEVELS.
PEAK PUMP is an circuit style class that will offer a full body work out to get you pumped. PEAK PUMP-CF is designed tone your muscles and destroy fat. PEAK PUMP - CF will have a variety of stations that will focus on a muscle group.
PEAK PUMP stations will focus on arms (biceps and triceps), core (abs and that six pack), legs (quads and hamstrings), shoulders (deltoids), back (traps and lats), and glutes (buns of steel).
PEAK PUMP - CF runs 45 minutes and is a great workout for anyone. PEAK PUMP will have you pumped and ready to flex your results.
