CORE PERSONAL TRAINING

CORE ATHLETIC Personal Training sessions have a personal training plan built to increase overall athleticism or develop skills that crossover to multiple sports; speed and agility, strength and conditioning, acceleration and explosion etc.

A Functional Movement Screening is done for all athletes enrolled in personal training. Pricing for personal training varies by trainers and brands. Pricing is also available for 2 people.
