How old do you have to be to train at PEAK?

As a general rule, PEAK is designed for athletes 6th grade and up. We also recognize that athletes develop at different paces and at different times. Therefore we do have room for younger athletes at the discretion of parents and the trainer. Some programming may have an athletic target level (Varsity, JV, Middle School etc) that will reflect the level of intensity of the class, clinic, or camp. If a request is made for an athlete to participate that is not at the targeted athletic level, the trainer will be contacted to discuss if accommodations can be made.

Can I sign up for a class and pay when we come in?

Enrollment in all PEAK platforms is secured and spot will be held only when payment is received.

Can I make payment arrangements?

Yes. Your spot can be held if you pay 50% down. For classes and one-on-one tranining, you must pay the balance prior to taking your last 75%. Clinics and Camps must be paid in full on the start date.

Can I get a refund for missed training?

Any payment can be transfered to another training session for the same athlete within 6 months.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, checks and cash.

What type of surfaces do you have?

We have filed turf that covers a surface approx. 25 yards by 25 yards.

We have a court that has an outdoor basketball / tennis surface for increased traction.

We have olympic lifting racks with flexible rubberized sport court equipped with hardwood sections ideal for olympic power lifts.

What sport training can your facility accomodate?

  • Football - field turf, weight area, court for quickness and agility, team room for game knowledge.
  • Soccer - field turf, weight area, court for quickness and agility, team room for game knowledge.
  • Hockey - field turf for dry land training, weight area, court for quickness and agility, team room for game knowledge, shooting stations and hockey treadmill.
  • Basketball - weight area, court for quickness and shooting, field for footwork and agility, team room for game knowledge.
  • Baeball/Softball - weight area, turf for fielding and footwork, hitting nets for pitching and hitting instruction, court for agility and quickness work.
  • Golf - impact netting, weights for core strength and flexibility.
  • Lacrosse - shooting stations, turf for field work, toss wall for stick work, court for quickness and agility, weight area.

What type of cleat do you recommmend for the field turf?

Any cleated bottom or athletic shoe will work; indoor cleats are ideal.
