CORE - Fitness Classes

CORE Fitness classes are offered on a regular basis at PEAK. These classes have a training plan that will help you reach your fitness goals. If you're trying to drop pounds or inches or tone up your body or just looking for a fun high energy workout, core fitness classes give you all these options and more.

Core fitness classes have a ranking system indicating the class intensity level. This enables you to be in control and set the pace for how hard you push yourself. Some classes will have multiple intesnsity levels. These classes are designed for all levels and have modifications to fit all intesnity levels.

LEVEL 1 - "Hey, I'm just getting started and I'm not sure I can do this yet."

LEVEL 2 - "I don't know how much of this I can handle, but I'm up to it."

LEVEL 3 - "I like getting a good workout in, but let's not get crazy."

LEVEL 4 - "Push me! I've never felt this good."

LEVEL 5 - "Is that all you got? Bring it again!"

CORE CLASSES are unlimited with a CORE MEMBERSHIP.

CORE CLASS PASS - 6 sessions - $70.00 purchase pass

QUAD PASS - $225.00 unlimited CORE CLASSES. purchase pass

  • Spring QUAD - March/April/May
  • Summer QUAD - June/July/August
  • Fall QUAD - September/October/November
  • Winter QUAD - December/January/February

1/2 QUAD PASS - $150.00 unlimited CORE CLASSES. puchase pass

  • 1/2 QUAD Passes are available for the second half of a quad
  • Spring QUAD - April 15
  • Summer QUAD - July 15
  • Fall QUAD - October 15
  • Winter QUAD - January 15th
